Shipping
Shipping and returns:
When an order is placed for an item we have in stock, and the full payment (including delivery costs) is received in our account, we make our best to get it ready for shipping within two or three working days. We remain the owner of the item until full payment and delivery costs are done.
If we don’t have availability for an item, we inform you about the time to expect for the item to be available again. We can also propose an equivalent product or refund your money, if you prefer.
Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified the soonest.
Returns are accepted only in the European Union.
We do not process orders during weekends and holidays.
If we are unable to deliver our products due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be resent to you, only at your expense.
We collaborate with two courier companies:
- ELTA PORTA – PORTA for deliveries in Greece
- DHL for deliveries in GRECE, Europe and worldwide.
Deliveries in Greece: Take 2-3 working days. However, situations beyond our control may affect our shipments, and result in later deliveries.
Deliveries in Europe and the world with DHL take 6-7 working days, with DHL delivery costs, added on your bill.

Deliveries to Great-Britain are not yet available due to Brexit regulations, we cannot handle for the moment. For more information, please contact us at info@metaxana.com
Important to know:
Delivery costs can be impacted by the general situation in the transport industry, resulting in changes on the delivery costs indicated on our Eshop.
Some countries require extra charges related to import duties, such as taxes, exchange, custom clearance, or other special charges, for which our company assumes no responsibility. Rates vary by country and by what is ordered and so we cannot provide an estimated cost. Please contact your local Custom Office for current charges, before you place an order so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.
Tracking of order
As soon as your order is shipped, we send you an email with the order’s reference and its tracking number. You can then follow its journey’s progress.

Returns
Return & exchange policy:
• You can return an item within 14 days after receiving it, with the same Courier Company and only if it is unused and in the exact condition you received it, with the original packaging, label, the purchase receipt or invoice attached. Once we have it back, and if we estimate its condition is suitable for an exchange or refund, we will assume this exchange or refund, but not its shipping value, which is established with our courier company. We will not cover neither the return shipping cost.
• After accepting an exchange or refund request, we will process it and notify you by e-mail. Refunds will be done by the same form of payment used originally. Refunds should be done within 14 business days from the receipt of returned products.
• Silk is a delicate material that can easily be affected by make-up, it must therefore be handled with care. It is your responsibility to ensure this care. The products are at your risk from the time of the delivery.
• If the item is defective, we will undertake shipment costs.
• Our return/exchange policy does not include items in sale.
